  • Basic identification, address, contact data, and other data provided to the extent necessary to perform the contract or fulfill a statutory obligation. The processed personal data falls into the category of ordinary personal data. Your personal data may be shared with entities related to the Entity or third parties solely for the purposes mentioned above, and for marketing purposes only if you give your consent. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Entity, including IT service providers, accounting firms, legal entities, shipping companies, transport companies, etc. – provided that such entities process data based on an agreement with the Entity and solely in accordance with its instructions. Personal data may also be made available to public entities entitled to obtain data under the law.

  • As a rule, collected personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in third countries, i.e., outside the European Economic Area (EU countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway). If collected personal data is transferred to a third country, this will occur exceptionally in specific situations where the basis for the transfer is your explicit consent, or the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the Entity or to implement pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest between the Entity and another natural or legal person, or the transfer is necessary for the establishment, pursuit, or protection of claims.

  • The period for which the data will be processed. Your personal data will be processed until the expiration of claims arising from the contract or until the obligation to retain data under the law expires, particularly the obligation to retain accounting documents related to the contract. Where the Entity processes your personal data based on a legitimate interest, personal data will not be processed for a specific purpose if you object to such processing. If the Entity processes personal data based on your consent, this data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. Personal data obtained in connection with your use of monitoring by the Entity will be processed for no longer than 30 days from the date of recording, and will then be permanently deleted.

  • Rights of the person, which the data concerns. You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify (correct) it, to delete it, to restrict its processing, and to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data - to the extent that the basis for processing is consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to transfer your personal data - to the extent that personal data is processed for the purpose of executing a contract or processed based on consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw.

  • Source of data.If your personal data has not been provided to us directly by you, it means that the Entity obtained it from publicly available sources.

  • Providing personal datain connection with the concluded contract and the services provided on its basis isvoluntary, but it may be necessaryfor concluding and performing the contract - without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract and provide services by the Entity, e.g., for issuing an invoice, determining the delivery location, etc. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is always voluntary.
